Chay Ya Vienna
CHAY YA VIENNA was founded in spring 2018. As entrepreneurs, we know that empowering motivated people is the best way to achieving success. After an initial effective collaboration on the projects of 2017, it quickly became clear that the establishment of a branch association in Vienna would be helpful and meaningful in order to intensify Chay Ya’s work from here as well.
Our goal is to highlight the importance of education and health and to fight social injustice on a global level. After all, what could be more important than giving a child a future and thereby bringing a smile to their face?

Responsibility: trains staff in Nepal, main focus on digital education (how can the internet help to bring education to remote regions?) and environmental projects & women empowerment
Qualification: Management consultant, start-up consultant, volunteered in Nepal several times
Motivation: I have always been interested in the topic of how to help people. I want to make a difference that has a long-term effect. That’s why my two main themes are education and the environment – teaching people something that they can use independently and responsibly to make their lives better. With Chay Ya I have found a fantastic organization to do just that.

Qualification: PR Expert and Consultant
Motivation: In my environment everyone has everything and more, so I decided to give some of my time to other people who can’t even fulfill their most basic needs. We are all in a position to share, and I also want to get other people to stand up for a better world. Thanks to my good networks, I can help Chay Ya to get more support.
